Volunteer applications
When you apply to volunteer, we collect the information shown in the form so that the Believers’ Flame team can assess and respond to your application. Applications are stored in Cloudflare D1. Resend processes a copy to deliver an application notification to our team. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals to protect the form from abuse. We do not intentionally store your raw IP address.
Retention and access
Applications are retained for up to 12 months unless there is an active volunteer relationship or a legal reason to retain them longer. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@believersflame.com.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate and improve the website, including Cloudflare, Microsoft Clarity, and Resend, or where required by law.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Questions may be sent to hello@believersflame.com.
